Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 06, 2007 6:57 pm It just occurred to me that the land developer advertised my land which I had already placed a deposit a month ago (contract signed) for sale as a house and land package with a developer today.
Naturally I am getting rather concern about this. Can they do this (ie. offer it for sale and maybe try to fetch a higher price?)? The land has yet to be subdivided and the title will only be released middle of the year. Re: Land developer selling my land??? 3Mar 08, 2007 8:07 pm Oh boy…..the comments and questions on here just keep getting better!!!
This is a good one! If they sell your land they are in big trouble…… I think you’ll find it’s a mistake, but I can see your concern!!! Ring them ASAP, and discuses this with them. Good luck! I just got a email reply from the land developer yesterday.
The person says that it is an old example just to give an estimate of the size of the land for the house and land package. The funny thing is that this advertisement only appeared on their website one month after I paid the deposit. Those clowns. Yeah I don't know why I came to a forum. Place is full of wierdos/pedos thought internet may help but I suppose I'll try my luck with someone in person. Cheers. I tried… 0 6389 Need advice on the backyard plan above. Should I excavate and cut all of the dirt to level with the house slab or semi-excavate as per photo above? Both left and right… 0 24782 13 6578 |
