At the moment it is at the end of all the units, has to be shared and all the strings are floppy so my clothes get dried inside. I can't wait to be able to hang clothes outside on the line. 2nd will be my new front loader as my top loader is constantly off balance and stopping 3rd is having my own little tiny bit of front and back land for me to plant a vegie garden and to sit outside and relax (currently have a driveway at my doorstep) I also can't wait to have a place to call my own!!! It's only a slab so still a while to wait, but the frames are going up Monday I have been told! Re: Looking forward to the most? 62Mar 14, 2009 3:11 pm Where do I start?
Mostly the space. There are 5 of us in a 55sqm 2 bedroom house. It is doing my head in. Everything else - the dishwasher, the new appliances, the garage, etc is a bonus. Re: Looking forward to the most? 63Mar 14, 2009 3:46 pm - the double vanity in the ensuite
- the extra storage (my store room!) - HT room - the pool with the toilet in the garage so wet people don't walk in my brand new house! -I JUST CAN'T WAIT!!!! Re: Looking forward to the most? 64Mar 25, 2009 5:27 pm I am also REALLY looking forward to no longer getting snail mail that isn't addressed to me! A house that has been a rental for a while ends up getting mail for lots of different people! 'A bottle of wine contains more philosophy than all the books in the world.' Re: Looking forward to the most? 66Mar 25, 2009 6:05 pm My mosy exciting thing would be.. the garden. Being able to plant what I want. Ive lived in so many rental places, all of which either had no garden or old scraggly plants. The backyard was never a place I wanted to go out and enjoy . Now I can plant jasmine and orange blossom and sit out on a hot summers night and enjoy all the good smells. Speaking of good smells......... having dinner out in the backyard, that has just been cooked in my big beautiful new kitchen on my gas stove. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH now im even more excited!!!!! oh yeah............ and like Lisanne- No more mail addressed to 50 different people ive never heard of Living in Caloundra Thread****** Lovin my house all finished!!!
