The streetscape was lovely, and I think well planned. But the building body corp code must have been very poor, because we felt that the whole estate looked like they were renting (and of course they are mostly owner/occupied).
But the location was sensational, and with Williams Landing coming in 5-10 years (if you're still there), WW will be thriving IMO. If you can afford it, maybe consider it. But if I had enough $$ to go to WW, then I'd consider Williams Landing which as first title release soon, costs a bit more, but I know their building restrictions are pretty tight, good facade, must match overall scheme etc. Whereas in WW, anything goes. Good luck Annie A thankful person is a happy person. There are design guidelines in place and it will be a nice estate once fully built. As Annie said though - some houses are really quite ugly but we hope our new stage will be a little better
We must say that its position is what attracted us and already, our land has increased in value by around $40k and we have not even titled yet so imagine the increase once all done. Williams Landing is already selling fast and this will increase Wyndham Waters values more so once they get up and going. It is all so close to the freeway and the city and a bargain price so now is the time to buy in this estate. Williams Landing will push our prices up even more once finished. Wyndham Waters is going to have a change of name soon to Williams Landing also. Good luck if you decide to purchase in this estate. |
