Mernda & Doreen Residen 3438May 26, 2011 6:43 pm Jayneylou Technically estate covenants aren't worth the paper they're written on... Basically due to the way the Australian legal system works they would have to prove that your ignoring the rules has a financial impact on their interests - when you look at an estate the size of Mernda Villages your purple front door or White Roof really isn't going to have much effect in the scheme of things. That being said, when it comes to fencing you may not actually be dealing with an estate covenants... there are very clear rules when it comes to fencing and visibility issues on corners. As we drove out of the estate we passed dozens of houses with their gardens done and no tree. Does anyone bother doing this guideline? I did Ours specified pot sizes, not plant height, and we needed two trees because our block was fairly wide. Since our front landscaping was provided by Stockland, we didn't need to worry about it. Everyone in our street got lovely 2m trees. Ours were 50-60cm. I should have complained, but I had bigger problems to worry about immediately after moving in. Luckily, thanks to Fu's soil advice, they've grown like crazy and one is now over 2m tall and the other getting there.... the step up is 30mm and wanting it to be flat . how much does the concrete have to be lowered .we plan on removing bath and lenghten shower and adding seat. the old bath… 0 11839 Do I need to concern about this pattern of crack?
