So our finance is approved! Signing next week. Super excited, obviously! See - >

Realised we cant have a land party with a jumping castle as we have no electricity to keep the pump running (doh!) so thought the next best thing is meeting the future neighbours!

So, who are my neighbours?!

I know I have HTB (such a close neighbour she will one day be able to spy on me through my windows :shock:

), kek and lisanne.... anyone else?!

We're still babies, so we wont be building right now. The plans are to start in approximately 18months (yes, you poor people will have to put up with me for that long :oops:

) but we will no doubt be enjoying the MV lifestyle when we're trying to escape our parents stresses.

Oh and I won't be able to see/spy on you as the house opposite me is blocking the view :lol:

18months will go by very quickly. The last 12months has gone quick :shock:

At least you'll be able to enjoy your Wedding etc without having the stress of the house as well. Good move.

As for the land party, maybe we could run a few extension cords to your block :lol:

Well, George has about 4 20meter extension cords.... would that be long enough? Then we'd just have to get a few scouts to make sure cars dont take them along with them... hehe

The houses around you are going up quick! Is the whole street a double story covenant? You belong to the "Manions" street by the looks of it!

The wedding... whoever thought they cost so much! :roll:

Yep we are all double storeys, part of the Covenant. I was under the impression that the whole street was going to be but after seeing the new displays further up the road I guess it's not. Yeah they are going up quick. Two other houses must be pretty close to handover.

It will be funny to have neighbours again :wink:

Im waiting for them to finish because I want to see the size of the 33sq Sandhurst, I need to see things visually to understand the concept of size :lol:

Bam there's a Sandhurst 33 display in Cranbourne Nth pretty much on Thompson's RD. It's around the corner form my brother and up the road from my other brother so I had a look last time I was down there. :wink:

Cranbourne is the South East. It's extremely simple to get to though. Staight out on the Monash Freeway, turn onto another freeway, get off at the Cranbourne exit, then turn at the Shooping Centre and you're on Thompson's Rd.

It's down Berwick way. Approximately 45mins from the city in non peak times.

There's lots and lots and lots of displays down there though from many builders and also many more close by at Marriot Waters. The Sandhurst 36 is at Marriot Waters as well.

Might be worth a day down there to see a few homes from a few builders?

Congrats, Bam! Now you just have to make a decision on the house.

Are you allowed to wait 18 months to build in MV? We had to start within 12 months of signing our contract of sale, and have the house completed within 2 years. I know Stockland has some different rules for different estates, but I assumed that one would be universal.

Great that they gave you an extension. Gives you plenty of time with the wedding coming up etc.

The Sandhurst is a nice plan, you know I actually like most of PD plans. The Inspiration is one I didn't really like, that angled wall in the study did it for me. Do you like looking at displays? I love it. I've been to all of them apart from Craigieburn

I can't wait for up the road to open, I'll be up there soaking it in :wink:
