Whoo whoo
Finally my land valuation and land contract has been accepted by CBA.
But now comes the question on clause. With the house contract, do i need to add in clause ? If so what do I add in ?

Honestly, the bulk of the contract is just common sense. It will detail the amount of time that they have to complete the build - longer than the 20 weeks advertised obviously! This allows for bad weather etc. It will also detail when progress payments are due and give you a figure for agreed damages in the event of late completion. In our case this was $250 per week. If your in any other state check the contract. Unless there is something in special conditions the builder does not have to give you timeline. If your demolition contractor has not removed Asbestos and it was found… 12 28799 You talk about deletions, are they variations or PS and PC adjustments? pleas list them 1 16548 It seems very clear to me that your contract states that a security account does NOT need to be established so the answer to the builder is NO. If in doubt find a contract… 1 8505 |
