Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 19, 2009 11:15 am In the kitchen of a rental we are doing up. Currently competely gutted except for stand alone stove.
The internal wall/plasterboard has water damage where the sink was. I want to rip it out and replace it but my husband is saying the kitchen benches will cover it and not to worry. Should we rip it out or leave it? Also on the other side it looks as if mice have been chewing at the bottom of the plasterboard/internal wall. Im pretty sure the skirting boards will cover it, is there any reason to cut it and replace it? Hi all, Just wondering if anyone had suggestions on installing/replacing wall insulation on an external wall which doesn't have wrap, our miners cottage being constructed… 0 4955 2 8361 Yes, get a builder, make sure he is experienced and a registered building practitioner 5 8974 |
