Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 13, 2009 1:46 pm WE have a newly built house and I am hesitatn to accetp that our lead flashing on our tile roof require silicone jammed inbetween the tile overlaps beacuse they didn't tap down the lead in the first place!! Is this standard? And will it stand the test of time? What are my rights? This fix was doen after the final payment and after a series of waterfalls inside our house from some hard driving rain. It makes me wonder what quality & standard have they built my house. What can I do?
