Been lurking for a bit now.. Learnt a great deal on this forum, *thank you all* But I couldn't find the answer to a question I have.. Could someone please recommend me a great inspector for a pre-settlement inspection in Sydney. Or if you could kindly pm me, if its not allowed to recommend a person.. The inclusion list looks pretty good compared to standard builders.
