Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Feb 01, 2009 8:51 pm Can anyone recommend any websites (paid or free) that enable me to find out history of properties on the market? I know you can buy property reports from domain.com.au, but I want to know things like when a property was listed and any adjustment in prices the vendor might have made, whether the property is tenanted, when the property was last traded etc. onthehouse.com.au seems to do property sales reports for much less than domain.com.au. The way I read it, it's $9.95 annual fee for unlimited number of reports. Does anyone know if that's right? However i think this is only open to realestate agent and i dont think its the cheapest out there. . I used to have a account but not anymore. Very powerful information. Tells you whats properties sold for, and when and sometimes information on plans and permits. Re: Real estate database (history of property, ownership) 3Feb 01, 2009 9:13 pm Thanks for replying. Yes, this group sell data to the public, but they are very expensive. They provide a lot of info I don't need (as I am not an agent). So I was hoping there might be something else out there. Re: Real estate database (history of property, ownership) 5Feb 02, 2009 9:41 am Try www.myrpdata.com
the webiste is really good but there is fee involved, i have an account here and you can get pretty much all the info that you are looking for Re: Real estate database (history of property, ownership) 7Feb 02, 2009 6:38 pm I know it's good and has what I want, but I am not sure if I would save the $1800 minimum that they charge in the end. I wish they would disable some features (like the ones for real estate agents and serve no purpose for me) and reduce their fees You might be able to apply to divert the sewer at your expense.
