- a builder - he said "maybe, but rather not worth the trouble" - a floor heating supplier - he said "our wiring will be OK with 20mm screed" - a tiler - he said "check the slopes with the spirit level. If there's drop towards the waste, don't bother, otherwise scoop down to the speced level" I love practical advice. I grabbed the spirit level - no slopes or wrong way, so.... here come the diamond saw and the jackhammer!
