Are you typing text in the same colour as your background? Yes, but then again no While you can make a banner using Publisher, the software was designed for printing and the result won't be as good as anything you'd be able to make in Photoshop. Dan’s shown me the right tool. But the text is not showing how it should. I’ve had to close out of the program it slows my computer down too much. Tools in my life have never been a problem, just finding the right one is the challenge…….. I can only suggest that you spend some time either going through the tutorials on the cd or go here: http://help.adobe.com/en_US/PhotoshopElements/7.0_Win/WS5AE355F5-71B7-4d3b-8604-0C8831D02A3E.html and start to learn the basics of the program. As for slowing your computer down...well PS is a ram hungry application. So adding some extra ram will help and a faster machine doesn't hurt.
