- 1 Concerns for the integrity of the plaster corner with kids in the house. I think a blow that would break a steel reinforced plaster corner could do the same for a 19mm caesarstone benchtop, yet Caesarstone doesn't slow demand.
2 Finishing doors at the architrave... (good one, I will need to give that some thought and look around at builders who currently use a square finish and see how they achieve the look.
3 Preference for the traditional look - I have to say I think this is a throwback to the olde worlde look. We used to put similar stuff around the outside of windows - but we don't do this as a standard now, and it is out of fashion. So I do think if people had it as an option we would get used to square edge and may even prefer it.
What will EcoClassic do? We will incorporate both. Costwise our windows won't change but plasterers may charge more for a square edge. Any plasterers out there, please let us know.
Thanks again all,
Ed
