Let me assure you one thing, if you dont get those upgrades now, 2 months down the track after signing contracts you will regret on not adding them. I may sound stupid but thats the reality. As Kek said as well, start making a list and belive me small upgrades that cost couple of hundred dollars increase the price and makes a huge difference to the overall price. Apart from promotion, i would suggest keep a minimum of $25-30K extra, which will just be able to get necessities and not even luxuries. And make sure to keep us in loop. And needless to mention, the house that you have chosen is gorgeous.
