We've built a 6m by 4m room, carefully placed away from and bedrooms so as not to disturb anyone sleeping when I drop heavy *** dumbells. Equipment I have at the moment... Power Rack (for squats, bench press etc) Cable Station Preacher Station Bench Leg Press 3 long dumbell racks and a complete set of dumbells from 2kg to 50 kg Plus many bars, attachments etc I'm currently trying to source the thickest rubber gym flooring so that the noise doesn't reveberate around the house or crack the slab I have other equipment I'd like but the real problem will be trying to find room for it all.
