BUT if it does bother you, I think you better look at putting a fence up, because it is in effect her boundary. Or maybe you could talk to her about what she's thinking of doing and see if you could work out some type of compromise? She could paint something that's not too out there? Or low down so it can't be seen from the street? Just trying to think of ways to avoid a sh*t fight.... I leave you to fend for yourself, figure things out yourself.
