A few extra tips that helped us: Ask for a clearance certificate after the job, it’s often required for resale and peace of mind. Confirm if air monitoring is necessary (especially if you’re staying in the home during removal). Strata approval may be needed if you're in a shared dwelling or unit block. Also echoing the advice above, make sure they hold an asbestos licence in QLD. You can verify licences through the WorkSafe QLD site.
