Painting around toilet window frame

Hi all,

Would appreciate some advice on how to clean up the paint job around this window frame. The frame extends across the width of the room and joins straight up to the wall on either side. There is currently white sealant between the dark-coloured frame and the walls.

As you can see in the photos, the paint job is pretty messy. Any advice on how I can clean this up? I'm not happy with the dark-coloured paint on the white wall, the inconsistent seal bead etc.
