House exterior and facade colour scheme: thoughts on colorbond wallaby and dover white together

Hi all,

I’m trying to achieve a coastal/Hamptons look, as I prefer softer tones. Our house frontage is 20m.

Brick: Austral Melbourne Range
Mornington (there is a lot of brick)
Roof: wallaby
Gutters: wallaby
Garage doors: wallaby
Fascia: dover white
Windows: dover white
Render: approx 1.2m panel to the roof in haymes gradient 5
Cladding: will only be on the gable and underneath the main bedroom window which wraps around to the front door and meets the bricks is call classic grey 2

I’m worried the render and cladding is a bit pale. We do get the afternoon sun. The lady at our appt recommended these colours.

I love wallaby and dover white are they a good pair with this color scheme?

Your scheme feels cohesive with the Wallaby and Dover White pairing - classic Hamptons vibes.

The render and cladding might feel pale, but with afternoon sun, they’ll warm up nicely. If you’re still unsure, consider slightly deeper tones in the same family to add contrast.

Thank you so much for your reply! I keep wondering if the dover white fascia and gable are too white with wallaby but it might also darken the wallaby a little...I was thinking whether I should change to Surfmist but I do like the dover white. With the cladding and render, you are right re deepening the tones on the same family. I also thought, maybe I could see what the house is like once built and if I have to I could re paint it too? The consultant help pick the cladding and render colours, maybe I'll leave that. The gutter, roof and fascia will be sealed. Thanks for your help. I have found picking the exterior colours the hardest
