Cutting Blue Board Sheets

Any cement cutting blade or disk will work. The reason they sell specialised blades is to cut down on the dust produced. The circular saw blades only have 4 teeth so it doesn't produce much (or less) dust mor larger chunks.
The blade you have asked about will certainly work but will produce a lot of dust just make sure you wear a dust mask at a minimum or ideally a respirator and do it in a well ventilated area and vacuum up after yourself.
Fibre cement board contains silica so it's not great to breathe it. Grinders produce much finer dust that gets deeper into the lungs so be careful and wear appropriate PPE
