my neighbours are building and there is an elevated alfresco area on ground level over a basement alfresco level (2 storey alfresco)
However, due to the sloping block, the second level is over 2m above ground level and within 6m of the side and back boundaries. Am I reading the SEPP correctly that this is now allowed if larger than 12m2?
