Is this structurally ok?

Hi, while I was diagnosing a ticking noise in one of my walls, after removing the plasterboard I came across what looked like yellow tongue flooring boards on top of the lintel supporting the second floor wall with a large window.

I'm not 100% it is yellow tongue but the groove and the yellow colour suggests that it is.
