Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Sep 05, 2024 10:41 pm Hi there, Our builder has constructed a timber frame / fiber cement wall system in panels. The wall in on the boundary with our neighbour but they unfortunately won't allow access. The legal route is slow and expensive. Can anyone think of a clever way to seal the gaps between the panels from our side. I'm worried that water will get in and cause damage. I was thinking maybe applying a filler from the roof using an extra long arm attachment. But struggling to find one. Picture attached. Re: Watertightness around fiber cement panels 3Sep 06, 2024 10:09 am Thanks - our wall is built right next to the boundary brick wall meaning there is no space for a scissor lift. Harness off the roof is an option. Thanks for the suggestions! Any more would be welcome. Thanks for that. I think the mortar has been sitting on these surfaces for approx a year.
