Hello All. Seeking your opinion. Please see attached pic of roof space. Much sarking (sisalation) has been removed here and there to conduct unknown works. The timber (where the green arrows are) seems to have a white surface usually indicative of mould. There's also some timber that is missing. Not sure if that was caused by timber rot. Would like some opinions if you believe my observations are correct. Thanks.
