Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Aug 19, 2024 12:45 pm I bought a land and build package in Victoria through a developer. Before moving to the house an independent building inspector inspect the property and found out that our facade is not as per the plan. we raised this issue with the builder and they said developers are the first owners and they agreed to this but there is no contract variation available for these changes and they are not taking any responsibility.
