I have a small lot in one of the suburbs in Brisbane. It is 402 sqm. According to small lot code, I can construct only 50% of the area. Is there a way my certifier can apply for Development Application to construct roughly around 220-230 sqm single storey home. Its a square lot of 20x20.1m. Is it possible to get approval? I have seen several homes which occupy nearly entire space of the lot.
