FACADES Upvc cladding / brick / foam render

Hey guys, I’m wondering if anyone knows the difference in price between uPVC cladding vs rendered foam?

We are trying to achieve a hamptons style look.

At the moment, the council has given us a planning approval for upvc on first floor and brickwork on the ground floor
However I’m wondering if it would be viable to change the building materials and go back for a second planning permit ?

The 3 options would be as per the photos attached.

We won’t consider timber cladding for maintenance cost reasons.
