Can I use plans purchased online....?

Afternoon all and thanks in advance for all the insights, opinions and support that my partner and I will be gleaning from those in the forum over the coming months.

First question is....we have land and have been pouring over plans from a variety of sources and, came across one online from a Kit Home company. There was the option to purchase the plans, which we did.

There is no statement on their webpage nor within the communications with the plans that restrict the use of them.

Would there be any infringement of copyright/trademark etc if we used the plans without amending them with another builder or, via the owner builder option given we have paid them for the plans
