We recently moved into our new build. We have no idea what is happening as every wall has a perfectly straight horizontal line going through it. It stands out terribly.
We thought it may have been a paint issue so we had someone sand/prime/repaint but the line is coming back through a few weeks later. Just wondering if there is any solution?
The wall is perfectly flat to touch.
