Browse Forums General Discussion 1 May 06, 2024 11:28 am Hey everyone, I need some expert advice on a roof leak issue. During heavy rain, I have this weird roof leak issue, where water droplets drip through one specific downlight. This downlight is located under solar panels on the roof. I've had the roof thoroughly checked multiple times and no issues (broken tiles etc.) found. The only difference between this downlight is that this downlight isn't completely latched to the roof due to timber blocking it (builder issue). Nearby, there's a ducted aircon pipe, although it's not directly above the downlight. I'm wondering if this could be causing a condensation effect when the aircon runs on heating mode and there's a temperature difference between inside and outside. Any suggestions on how to further investigate this?
