If we were to go ahead with the tiling to alfresco and porch and get the driveway and concrete apron around the house post handover, will that create any issues like uneven heights of the 2 surfaces and become a tripping hazard? Any insight greatly appreciated! TIA Re: Advice please! 2May 05, 2024 10:12 am Hi, it's usually better to tile after the concrete work is done. Concreting first will usually provide an even surface for everything moving forward i.e., no unexpected bumps or height differences that. Protection: When you do the concrete first, it helps protect the area where you'll tile later. You don't want to accidentally mess up your nice tiles during the concrete work. Easier Process: It's just smoother to work this way. You can focus on getting the concrete right without worrying about the tiles, and then move on to doing the actual tiling -= Are you still using a notebook or spreadsheet to keep track of your customers and appointments?
