Unsure why previous owner picked a light colour and concrete tiles, but anyway. I got solar on 5 years ago with minimal tile breaks but they didn’t need to access too much of the roof. My question is how you’d approach this? Just get a decent roof washer and hope for the best? I’ve got a handful of spares but if I can minimise damage, that’d be preferred. Any advice appreciated.
