Floor plan renovation help

we need accurate dimensions as well as the number of bedrooms and bathrooms needed etc to make specific suggestions but, based on estimated rooms sizes, it could be possible to add a new kitchen next to the laundry and remove the old kitchen walls and add new sliding glass doors and windows but all these changes are very expensive but something like this could work (subject to accurate dimensions and a large budget) Like  ⋅  Add a comment  ⋅  Pin to Ideaboard  ⋅  Share

and creating a wiw would mean giving up a bedroom which would reduce the value of the house and the playroom would still not be useful while kids are small but, maybe the playroom could be converted to a new master suite, but then you've lost the value of a second living area...so many questions when the outside and gardens of any house are usually much easier to improve while living in the house but even modest changes to a kitchen can make a house unliveable for months although, a cheaper kitchen option could be like this but removing walls i still very expensive even with cheaper cabinets and minimal plumbing changes
