Please don't ask me how this happened. But what do people think about this. The bifold window is abutting the serviette window. How much will this be an issue when selling this house?

That's an unfortunate design. Just don't point out the design issue when you sell. Most people arent going to even twig untill they go to use the two at the same time.

Exactly. In much the same way no one twigged when they looked at the plans during design.
