The builder had left internal moveable scaffold for the roof plumber to have access to ceiling. A few days until plumber arrives. Then plaster after that, the re paint room. Is there any problem with doing the paint cut in ceiling to high walls while I have access with scaffold. Then the rolling after plaster of ceiling in a few weeks?
