What would be the cost of contour and identification surveys in brisbane , surprised to see quotes around 4000$ including GST , any idea if it's fair price ?
It's 600sqm land in established inner north location with a house sitting . We recently purchased in a plan to knockdown and rebuild . Fairly flat block but just want to get it done so builders can give better quotes

Contour survey identifies the boundary pegs or which ones are missing the spot heights across the block to create the contour lines and general services locations. $500 - $1000 An ident survey is a totally different animal.
