Omni built homes brisbane - builders feedback

First time poster long story short we are planning knocking down rebuilding a house in Wavell Heights

We are thinking to go with Omni built homes as they are but flexible with designs we want and reasonably priced .we went to major builders but they are reluctant to add any customisation to plans

Did anyone have experience with building with these guys ?

Any general advice is welcome too

We did. Omni was very flexible in design changes. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process. The quality of the build visually (not an expert) was better than quite a few other friends builds who went with other builders (volume builders). Overall am happy with the home and the journey.

Thanks , we decided to go with them now in the process of designing, yes I agree they are super flexible with design and super flexibility with our needs , anyway one good sign they rejected some of our design ideas for exterior which we saw at some big builders display home and said they don't use those meterials as they do not know longuitivity of those meterials so that's a good sign as we are building our forever home .
