Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Mar 06, 2024 5:57 pm Hi, I'm just after some advice. We bought the house a year ago (4 year old build) and the building report showed a crack in the cladding as a minor settlement crack. I've been keeping an eye on it and not sure it's changed much but it does seem a little excessive to me and im not sure the building inspector took much time to really look into it, so I've been thinking of getting a structural engineer out to take a look. Here is the crack in the cladding. https://imgur.com/a/13TuvFo Wanted to see anyone elses opinion on it before I spend the money on getting it assessed. Cheers Re: Cladding crack 2Mar 07, 2024 11:22 am Rob19678 Hi, I'm just after some advice.
