Kids bedrooms - one is 3.5x4 other 4x4 Both of these seem to be fine size wise, kids don't spend a huge amount of time in them Our room is 4x5, and the wardrobe and ensuite combined is 4.5x5.0 Kids activity room quite small at 3x4.5 Study is 3x3.5 Kitchen is 7x3 Dining 4m wide, 5m long Lounge is 5.5m long 4m wide Our Media room is 4x5 - which I would say is a bit on the small side really now we are living in the house Guest room is 3.5x4 and ensuite is attached to that Our laundry is very very small - too small really IMO - at 2.5x2.5 - would def go bigger next time - but does the job it's designed for adequately I guess. Hope this helps... Think the main ensuite is 4.5 x 4? But could be slightly smaller / larger. Some things are worth waiting for. Re: room sizes 4Jan 26, 2011 10:33 pm The only minimum rule we employed when looking at floor plans was that minor bedrooms had to be at least 3m x 3m, and the master bedroom space had to be at least 4m x 4m. In my humble opinion, minor bedrooms that are smaller than 3x3 are just a bit too squishy. Also made the living room smaller and Home theater bigger. Added extra room at the back of the garage as well. It'll fit a family car and 2 smaller cars. put the 2 draw set directly under the cooktop and the 3 draw set either side for balance 1 21647  Hi the designer has said that cantilever is 4.18m long and 7m wide is that normal size? we had to increase upstairs bedroom by 200mm and i know nothing about this beam… 0 11793 |
