Painting Acrylic rendered retaining wall

Having done tonnes of reading on paint, primers/stabilisers I am still searching for what would be the most suitable products to paint the rendered wall given the details below:

The wall has two coats of water proofing membrane and corflute backing. Notes during Covid I had an additional expense of $5k as I had the entire backfill dug out and waterproofed (the cowboy bricklayer organised backfill without waterproofing for which I paid for)

I have since rectified this, fast fwd to today - there is significant amount of aggregate as backfill, agpipes as well as weep holes above footing every 2m. I can confirm the agpipe & weepholes functions well after heavy rain. Wall has recently been rendered with acrylic render (and a PVA mix?) which I believe is to help with repelling water and is now ready to paint.

The wall is upto 1.4m in height and approx 35m long, with such a large wall being filled with soil and planting etc, there are some areas around control joints that are not 'text book' sealed, as is the cove joint between footing and wall.

I see small sections of darker areas with obvious moisture, the wall doesn't feel wet in these spots etc however there is darkened areas of moisture particularly just above footing of wall and some small sections near control joints.

Have read and reviewed details on Solagaurd, Dulux acratex range, rockcote anti effloresence primer etc.

Can anyone with good experience in this area recommend a way forward? Thanks in advance
