Just trying to figure out if this is asbestos?

Any help appreciated.

Yep, all of it.
The second picture is a fibreglass sheet, it's called alsynite.
If you are referring to the circled sections in the first and third photos it's also some sort of fibre glass.
Asbestos looks very different.
