Not asbestos All of it? There’s different material in a couple of the pics. Yep, all of it. The second picture is a fibreglass sheet, it's called alsynite. If you are referring to the circled sections in the first and third photos it's also some sort of fibre glass. Asbestos looks very different. What you are looking at is fibrous plaster, true gypsum, it is cast on horizontal beds with fibers included to give strength. I has no Asbestos in it. Houses before 1985… 2 8958 That brown colour looks like Masonite or hardboard. Get it checked but typically asbestos was used in wet areas and plaster board or Masonite in other areas 1 2864 1 1750 |
