I brought terry road box hill in June 2022
House was meant to be completed Nov 2023
That did not happen
I had to chase them so much to the land Registration and building contract
The land finally registered in Oct 2023
Land was meant to be settled in Nov 2023
They refused to settle
They ghosted me
My lawyer set them letter of demand, letter of termination and statement of claims
Nov and Dec they did not reply (only replied once to increase the house price)
Finally Jan 9th they sent me the building contract and ignored everything from my lawyer
I’m trying to get my 10% back
But they are forcing me to sign
Anyone on terry road box hill can share their experience ?
