Ideas for Privacy Wall?

Hi guys

We have just removed a very large grape vine which was mounted to a structure along this wall. This is a shared wall with our neighbour, and after removal, we have been left with a gap. We would like to put up something to block this off and would be grateful for any ideas! Because it’s a shared wall, unsure if we would be able to mount anything directly onto it
We were toying with a raised garden bed and some trees/hedges. Or some sort of vertical garden.
Any suggestions would be very much appreciated
