I had a mirror cut - 3 mm by 1 metre square . broke while handling when I got it home even before I had removed it from the bubble wrap. manager refused to take any responsibility for what is poor materials or possibly fracture that was there when I collected it. It is not credible that it could break just by handling. especially when the original had survived a 1200 km trip from brisbane in a trailer. I am taking this up with fair trading as well.
