Hi all.
Anyone know when the $11,000 limit was set in legislation for renovations in QLD?
Ive been renovating for 5 years now and this was the limit back then. As we know, building costs for materials and trades have skyrocketed over this time but the $11k has not moved.
In todays prices, 3 floor tiles, a door and new toilet sistern, plus installation costs is near on 11k! (Sarcasm but you get my drift).
The 11k limit should be moving with CPI.
Anyone know?
