I agreed, hoping to use as the site landscaping gets underway. The bricks - x2 big square blocks - have 'disappeared' and the super says he has no idea where they went. Question is, are they my bricks ? Does the builder have to replace them as site security is their responsibility ? Several folks say I've already paid for bricks that were delivered, so the builder needs to make good. From yr experience, what's right here ? If you intended to leave them on site you should have insured them yourself as your bricks or ask the builder for a variation price to include the bricks with builder's insurance.
