Unfortunately because it's so deep that's always going to stick out like the proverbial. You can just touch it up with a matching satin paint (get a sample pot from Bunnings) and a fine paint brush, but to do it properly you take the door back to a spray painter (preferably the company that did it initially) who will fill the chip, sand it back and respray it. Polyurethane painting is basically the same principle as car panel beating and painting. All the prep work is the same and so is the painting. 2 part bog goes off quick but has to be sanded back that's why it will be difficult to patch just a little area.
