Browse Forums General Discussion 1 Jul 07, 2023 4:49 pm our house is at practical completion yet there are taps missing, no downpipes,unfinished stairs with no railings or varnish, exposed electrical wires. damaged window frames and no flashing between brickwork and windows. Also gaps in eaves under roof line. The biggest problem is that when you run the tap in the laundry there is nowhere for the water to go and it floods.
