Hi guys,
My builder has already prepared the bathroom walls with furring Chanels. When the kitchen cabinet maker came, they commented on how it is better to render the bathroom walls, better for the tiles and for waterproofing. The builder told me it’s the same. When a Renderer came to quote on the job, he said the same thing as the cabinet maker. Is it true it better to render the bathroom walls ? Better waterproofing and stronger to hold the bathroom tiles ?
