Hi, I'd like some advice on the best option please on the estimate options we've been provided from our builder. This is for the same size home/inclusions etc
Option A (before price rise)
$212,700 base price
$410,000 total price
This includes $5,000 provision for materials and labour
Option 2 (After price rise)
$230,500 base price
$427,800 final price
materials and labour provision removed so this is locked once reconciliation done.
Would the $18k increase on base price realistically be spent above provision in option A??
